Tara Valley natural grass fed beef is selected from farms located across Victoria in the Goulburn valley, Western Districts, the Victorian Highlands, Gippsland and the Surf Coast regions. Responsible farming ensures a consistent natural beef product. Our Tara Valley beef is aged minimum 28 days using a blend of both the wet and dry aging process, the result is a more tender texture and natural flavour.
